Midi track not syncing with project

I export the midi file from one project and all is well. Right? Nope. I import it into my other project and it’s completely off. The first few measures are right on but then it goes completely sideways.

So does anyone have any fixes for this?

I’m running Cubase 10 on MacBook Pro OS Mojave if that helps.

Hi,

Make sure the other project’s ruler is set to the Bars+Beats. Also make sure, the newly created MIDI Tracks are in the Musical Timebase.
