MIDI track outputs notes of fixed length?

Hi folks,

I’ve got a MIDI track that’s triggering a plugin (filter envelope).

Regardless of what i play on my controller keyboard, i’d like the length of the MIDI notes that output from the track to have a fixed length.

Is there any way to achieve this? I want this to work on live input MIDI, not just pre-recorded MIDI notes.

The Input Transformer can do that. Not sure which versions of Cubase come with it though.
