cubase 6 freezes trying to load MIDI

No it doesn’t. A little more information perhaps?
when i try to open cubase it stops when it gets to midi. sometimes it will go ahead and open after about 30 min?
What are your system specs and what other software are you running. It’s likely configuration related. But no one can help without that sort of info. The smart kids use their signatures for that.
