Minor Track Header Graphical Bug When Using Folder Color Inheritance in Cubase 15

Hi,

In Cubase 15 and later, folder-color inheritance works as intended, but a minor graphical bug appears when interacting with folder tracks. Functionality is unaffected, though child-track headers can briefly show an unintended overlay. A screenshot with reproduction steps is attached.

This did not occur in Cubase 14, and some users may prefer having the option to use the previous folder-track behavior.

Bonus: Automation lanes currently appear noticeably darker within the folder-color hierarchy. A proposed adjustment is attached for a more consistent and visually balanced result.

C15.0.6/W10: Confirmed.

I think your #3 is ok but the bug is in #4.

In #3, the overlay slightly overlaps the header by a pixel or two. It’s minor, but still part of the issue, and I think resolving it will require a more dynamic approach that checks multiple scenarios.

Yes, you’re absolutely right, #3 is buggy, too.

Your ‘improved’ suggestion removes the distinguishing between a track in a folder and a sub-track of a track.
I prefer the ‘original’.

Yeah I suppose I agree.
