Is there any option to tell Dorico to automatically position the comma under the slur? It should be fine in some occasions, as in the attached image examples.

No, there’s no way to tell Dorico to do that automatically, I’m afraid. It’s a little unusual to have a slur extending beyond a breath mark or pause, as of course normally you would tend to breathe between phrases rather than in the middle.
Yes, you’re right, but in the original score, the comma is parenthesied, as you’ve already seen in this post: Parenthesied comma symbol - Dorico - Steinberg Forums.
