Missing barlines after pasting

Not sure how to address this effect. Trying to copy music from an existing Dorico file and getting this. Only pasting the top line here.

It could be to do with local time signatures.

Can you please upload a project for examination.

I’ll have to figure out what I can upload. This is a licensed piece of music to be published. I have a whole folder of these scores that now need to come into Dorico. The goal is to find the most efficient way and then make a template.

Direct xml import from Finale exports are problematic because none of the instruments in the import map to anything in Dorico = lots of instrument assignments, and specific staff names. However, when I directly import xml, I see all the music, baronies, etc.

This example resulted when I imported the xml into a fresh Dorico file and then started to copy/paste contents into a template file.

Here is what happened:

When importing XML from Finale Dorico often interprets the “to coda” as “coda”. In the example chart there were now two codas but no “to coda”. Changed the first “coda” to “to coda” and copy everything into a new flow worked fine.
