I wounder if it would be possible to store the basic setup of a performance, so that the VST Plugins opens, when the song/Part is opened in front, so that the Plugin window is visible.
It would also be helpfully, if the last stored Song/Part will be open on Project start.
I addition on startup of VST Live in Layer Mode, the Selection Buttons (Mixer, Layer, Notes) in the lower Zone are missing, and only appearing after selecting Stack, Tracks, … and later switching back to too Layers.
Looking forward for the implementation the next releases.

in a PART there might be lot’s of different VST plugins… also lot’s of VST different Instruments. BUT there is an ICON for each plg windows that you can enable and will open as soon as they get active:
While again, VL won’t know which VST Instrument’s controls should be visible until selecting one… on SAVE, reLOAD,
MIXER get’s visible, however that is impossible to do from userGUI, so you’re right about, that is somehow different what we expect:
