Missing Cubase license

Hi,

I have Cubase AI which I received with UR22, it has disappeared now! I want to use it to get a bit of discount to get Cubase Pro but It’s not in eLicenser. I read in the forum that I need to request reactivation code after clicking on [Show eLicenser-based products] but then there is no reactivate button as it says in the instruction. anyone here can help me with this?

Isn’t your license transferred to the new Steinberg Licensing system (i.e. Cubase AI 12 and 13) by any chance?

Please, get in contact with your local Steinberg support to find your license.
