Im now looking at the pdf patchlist, also downloaded from that page and cant find many of the patches.
Compare the following 2 screenshots…

There are 3 Acoustic ‘kits’ in GA4… Studio Kit, Rock Kit and Vintage Kit… What you have selected is ‘just’ the Rock kit…
My install shows 17 patches for the Acoustic Agent ‘Rock Kit’…
2 Alternative/Indie patches
11 Rock Metal
3 Urban (Hip Hop/R&B)
Edit… And the Init Rock Kit… makes it 17…
