I can not find “reverb” effect in inserts of Cubase 11 pro.
Can not find way to download missing stock plugins.
Please help!

Studio > Plugin Manager
there you can see a Category column… there are FX|Reverb entries… these are the different Reverbs in Cubase…
and the Plugin Reference

yes, I know that. I also have other reverbs from other vendors. But I am missing “Reverb”, which is also covered in plugin reference.PDF

It is actually part of Effect Modules…
I didn’t even realised that. I thought It is a plugin on its own.
