Missing the upper racks of the project window (screenshots)

I just installed the Cubase AI that came with the Yamaha THR10 And the project window is missing the ruler and the upper part of the first track. And when I display the status bar, the info bar and the project overview bar, I’m missing the whole first track and a part of the second track.

I’ve hunted the forum for similar issues and the tips document but couldn’t find anything. I didn’t try reinstalling because I want to avoid the eLicence issues that I read on the forum.

So how can I solve this interface issue?

My system is an Intel Dual-Core laptop @ 2.1GHz with 4G mem running Windows 7 64 bits and Nvidia GeForce G102M.
