I don’t come on here very often but when I have with problems, someone has kindly bailed me out so please bear with me. I’m on W10 on PC with CPro 10.5.
I get volumes /panning etc ready to mix down. I mix down . I mix down for either a USB stick or CD but in either case on play back the volume is lower than before I did the mix down.
I am missing something simple. Please can anyone with a few moments chip in.

How do you compare the result with the mix? Do you import it back to Cubase and listen the original mix vs the mix down? Or is there any other player involved?

I import it back into Cubase. The volume is the same pre-mix so l think the issue is with WMP. I have no other player involved.

Carrying on. Pre and post mix volumes are now the same but only when played through WMP at its full volume. Volume is the same when opened in the project postmix. Played through my car speakers, you can’t hear any thing properly even up full.
Is there any software that boosts the max volume of WMP?
