I replied to a comment a while ago and its actually pretty valid trick that I use Bome for but its mainstream enough to get a mention
for moving 2 highlight tracks front to back ie pull focus, ie acoustic guitar and electric; when the 2 tracks are linked with ‘invert’ option, raising 1 should lower the other and vice versa…unless I have missed that somewhere
