MixConsole Position

Hello good people,

I have a key command assigned to open MixConsole, as I find it more comfortable than Fn+F3 (is there a way without pressing Fn by the way?). But: let’s say I work on the left side end on the MixConsole and switch back to the Project View with my hot key; when I go back to MixConsole it goes back to some position on the Faderboard, the very right side e.g. or the middle.

Is that normal? Can’t it just switch back to my previous position?

You can change the default behaviour of the F keys in system settings>keyboard>Use F keys as standard function keys. This way, you don’t have to press Fn.

The mixer will follow the selected channel in the arrange window. I’m pretty sure you can switch this off in preferences.
