Mixdown window won't open (very newbie question)

Hi,

I’m very new to DAW, and especially to Cubase LE. Hopefully someone can help.
I have tried to export my audio and when I click on file->Export->Mixdown… nothing happens. I don’t see a window, or error message.

Have I missed something? I’ve selected the track, marked the in and out points (locators?), I can hear the track when I press play.
But no window and no way to export my audio.

Could it be a window opening outside the visible screen area?

Hi,

Did you have a look to the duplicate thread I have linked, please?

  • What OS do you use?
  • What graphic card do you use?
  • Isn’t the Export Audio Mixdown window hidden behind other window? Can you see the window, if you make a preview of all Cubase windows (on the system level)?
  • Could you try in Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please?
