Mixer Issue (cannot unmute Tracks)

Hello!
I experience the same bug with the audio mixer every once in a while: suddenly all Tracks (sometimes except one) are muted, and I can’t unmute them again. To solve it I have to restart the software.
Has anyone else had the same issue? Is it an UI problem or am I doing something?

What VST are you using for sound files. Some, like NotePerformer, have their own mixer.

Almost. The mixer gets into a state like this for me when I inadvertently toggle Play → Deactivate all Solo/Mute states. The default key command is very close to the custom command I set up to split beams – probably not your issue, but perhaps.

To find out please do following:
When you get into that situation again, please take a screenshot and also do from the menu Help > Create Diagnostic Report. Put the screenshot into the Diagnostics and upload the result to a reply here.

Hi Derrek,

HALion Sonic is set as my default VST. I think this one comes with Dorico 6?

I do have a couple of Synths with Arturia’s Analog Lab V
