One of the most confusing, annoying and inconsistent things I find in Cubase 8 after 10 years of using Cubase is the size of the rack tabs in the mixer. While everything in Cubase is fairly small, for some reason, the rack tab size in the mixer appears huge. Especially if you compare it to the rest of the GUI in Cubase like the scroll bars for instance.
Take a look at the screenshots provided and you will see what I mean.
I mean, it’s not like I cannot make music in Cubase anymore, but then again after decades of development Cubase should be more than “just making music”.
I would so happy to see a more consistent GUI in the future.
