Can you help me I recorded my vocals on Cubase 7 but I dont know what to use to mix can someone help me telling me what to do or suggest something to read
I would suggest going to Help, Documentation, Operation Manual, and going through the first 100 pages on setup there. Then I would suggest going through the section on Recording Audio. I hope this information is helpful.
