Modwheel → “lock” to a certain value so it doesnt jump back to 0) 
(Yes, i know i can add a automation lane or ‘unhinge’ the mod wheel on a remote sl, but still, it would be nice on the gui of halion too… , maybe next to a “hold key” function?
The Modwheel always back to zero is quite annoying. 8years has been passed, no one care?
In what circumstances does this happen?
When compose on the Dorico whenever stop play, the instrument dynamic will back to zero therefore midi keyboard has a very small volume sound it is quite annoying I didn’t find any solution to" lock the mod wheel" ，instead I changed the dynamic controller from “modulation” to “expression” that resolved the problem the sound volume sustained.
But you have to change every instrument individually. I am wondering if there is a global setting or default setting that I can change one for all？
