Money Back

Hi! How can I get my money back since the software doesn’t do what I need to?

What is it that you need to do and what Dorico can not?

Very annoying website and software! Congrats

You presumably took advantage of the trial demo software, right?
If not, you really should take it easy on Dorico/Steinberg.

If the software doesn’t suit your needs, I hope you will be able to get your money back; but there may be a process involved that takes a little time.

No I didn’t. I pay for the products I want to use, and this should be a respectful one. Take it easy? Ha ha ha. If they do this in the US they will be sued for good. For the American people they have a respectful costumer service.

Filipe, I will be able to help you.
Do you understand basic Dorico terminology like player, instrument, layout and such?

EDIT: Let’s assume you do. Here’s my way of having more flexibility regarding TAB and notation staves: You need to create another, a second guitar player that you set to display only, say, TAB. You do that in Layout Options. Then, once you have the music notated, you copy it to that new TAB staff below.
Now both notation and TAB are completely separate and you can choose freely what to display where. Does that help?

Cheers,
Benji
