Is there a way to export to mono in the export window in Nuendo 11 similar to how you can select Mono Downmix in the export for Cubase or earlier versions of Nuendo? I might just be missing it, but I cant find that option anywhere.

yes, fastest way would be to make a MONO output and route to it and it will appear as an export option
