Mono plugins in Wavelab not working

Hi, I am unable to insert newest version of DeBreath into mono track in Wavelab 12. It shows error that plugin cannot process 2 channels even the track is mono. Has anybody experience same behavior?

What DeBreath are you referring to?

Waves

waste of time.

A monotrack is sometimes handled as a stereo track internally. Try with a stereo-compatible plugin.

This plugin dors not have stereo version, only mono. Solution?

You can try working with the audio editor.

Official reply from Waves - latest Waves products are not compatible with latest Wavelab 12. Great!

waste of time.

As PG1 stated tracks are handled as stereo so you need to insert stereoversion in some cases, for example Clarity vx doesnt work in mono either but it has stereo version. DeBreath has only mono so its done, it will never work unless Steinberg or Waves do something. Last version of Wavelab in which it worked was 9.5

waste of time.

Yes, confirmed.
It works in WL12.
Latest version ov Waves:
DeBreath
Version: 16.0.23.24 Build E 201617
WaveShell1-VST3 16.0_x64.vst3 -
Version: 16.0.23.24 Build E 201617
WavesLib1_16.0.23_Win64.dll -
Version: 16.0.23.24 Build E 201617
Process Type: Generic Core Architecture [64bit]

It can be inserted but once you import audio it shows error

This is why you show screen shots and provide accurate info in your original post, instead of making people pry the info from you one piece at a time.

Another phrase for Waves plugins?

I know that it works in clips mode but it is not solution, it is impossible to insert it in every single clip and handle it.

I test again in old WL

Waves mono plugins did not work as track fx although it was possible to load them.

Waves Stereo plugins worked as track fx

You can create a mono montage and use this plugin on the master section as a workaround

And when you render you have to uncheck - Bypass Master Section

You can also work with the Audio Editor.

Similarly, Waves mono plugins did not work in WL9 as Track Fx

And neither did Waves DeBreath work as Track Fx in WL9
