Anybody heard of this? I have discovered that when I select the Mono Preset in Control Room, it is only playing the channels that are panned to the Left. Stereo Preset is playing fine.
Anybody know a fix to this?

Clearly something is incorrect, and clearly I don’t know how to make it correct, otherwise I wouldn’t be going to the forum for help.
Is there anyone else out there without a smugness to them that might be able to help someone in need? I’m sorry, but I have some important things to attend to here and this has become a tense situation in my studio and I don’t have time for Trolls. Just honest, unjudgemental help.
