Montage to .wav render/ export

Hey guys , as I’m used to do this in other DAWs , is it possible to have the entire project in one folder ? (The project I’m working itself , the .wav/mp3, all together to keep it organized?)

I have a montage , trying to make the render file to .wav and mp3 but it doesn’t let me .

What am I mulissimg here ?

Is there any simple workflow video around explains this ?
