More aggressive cautionary accidentals?

Trying to match the style of existing parts…any way to have cautionary accidentals ALWAYS happen, even over a several measure gap?

(For clarity, it probably shouldn’t apply over, say, multi-bar rests. at least extended ones, but within a phrase).

I don’t think Dorico will do this automatically: you’ll have to do it ‘old school’.

I would really like some automatic cautionary options that include multi-bar rests as well. For example, I would always put a cautionary natural on the F in the system below.
