Here we go again: I have Grove Agent 5 activated in my eLicense page but when I go to dl assistant, its not there under redeem. I’m sure I missed some steps along the way. I have seen a lot of videos on the topic.

I have a similar problem, I’ve have try to install Groove agent 5 full version unsucesfully, any time It begins extracting files, good, but when it opens the second frame when is supposed that you see a green line going aheah and when and the end show Finish, this doesn’t happens, the frame go off and none program installed.
