I’m adding to this thread because I was about to pose the same question: Is it possible to scroll smoothly in the project and edit windows instead of by step.

I see that it is not, so yes, it would be great to have this ability. Scrolling through the Project window jumps three tracks at a time (when tracks are set to one unit height.

100 percent agree and now that I switched to Mac it’s even worse.
