Move a bunch of different MIDI notes to a single note -- how?

Let’s say you have a MIDI part with a lot of different notes and you want to move all of the different notes to one single note. For example, if you recorded a full length C-scale on a MIDI track and you want to move every note in that scale to middle C.

I can’t figure out a way to do this. If I select all the notes and enter a single note value, it moves everything up or down in the same shape and doesn’t move them all to one note.

If I understand you correctly you don’t actually want to have a single note as the result but all notes on the same pitch.

Use the method that you described in your message but hold the Ctrl/Cmd key when pressing Enter.
