Move Time Signature location in Write mode?

See the image. Can I move the key signature up to the Flute 1 stave instead of where it is?

Also, can I hide/remove them from showing at all (they appear in another spot where they are redundant?

(I edited the title of your post to refer to time signatures instead of key signatures.)

You can set this in Library->Engraving Options->Time Signatures->Vertical Alignment relative to bracket->Top, but I don’t think you can remove them in the other spot unless you change the brackets.
