I believe I went through the steps as indicated it seem my Dorico is in the e-licenser when I try to boot Dorico I get the box that says “no valid license found” and it asks me to enter an activation code, which I did then it tries to register. Then I get license download failed. Saying the license activation code has been used already.
It is definitely the code I got a few minutes ago from Steinberg and is not an older code.

Welcome to the forum, and I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems, Mike. Each activation code can indeed only be used once, so if you’ve previously used that code then you will need a new one. See if you can follow your nose through the reactivation procedure. If you run into any problems, let us know. Are you trying to use the Soft-eLicenser or are you using the physical USB-eLicenser?
