Moved NI library to another disk, some issues

I moved my plugins of NI to another (ssd) disk, now Cubase doesn’t find the right disk although I swapped the disk letters…

OS?
Cubase version?
Which NI plugins? Do you mean sample libraries?
Where did you swap the disk letters?
This is the minimum info to get a sensible response.

What are you seeing in Native Access? Is it seeing the libraries and showing them as “installed”?

The OS is Windows 10 , indeed the NI sample libraries, I swapped the letters by opening the disk management, I hope this info is sufficient?

All the libraries are installed in Native Acces.

Cubase version 13…

I’d be inclined to put the drive letters back the way they were and try this for each library. If this doesn’t work, maybe it will provide a clue? It’s all I can come up with, I’m afraid.

I have Session Horns, Pro and the cut-down version:

  1. I renamed the cut-down library folder so that Native Access couldn’t find it;
  2. Opened Native Access, there was the expected error;
  3. Clicking on the 3 dots to bring up the context menu I selected “Uninstall”;
  4. NA reported that the library was uninstalled, with an error message saying the library couldn’t be found (it was still there, I checked);
  5. Clicking on the 3 dots again, I selected “Locate”, pointed to the folder and NA successfully “installed” it. (Note, it didn’t download it again!)
