Moved to a new computer but midi keyboard and on screen Keyboard won't play sound

I have discovered another problem moving to a new computer and its driving me nuts after looking around google.
I have a M-Audio Keyboard. Plays no problem in Reason but in Cusebase when I play a key you can see a signal but no sound. Spent last two hours looking for solutions and everything looks like it is is set up correctly. What could I have missed? Onboard keyboard won’t play sounds as well.

yes done but still will not work and I mean the on screen keyboard won’t play sound anything when you hit the keyboard

Jeez I figured it out, forgot to press monitor speaker
