Moviemaker and Cubase

I made a movie in Windows Moviemaker and tried to import it into Cubase Artist 6. But despite the fact that Cubase says that it supports .wmv files it could not import my file. Does anyone have any ideas as to why?

Have you read the manual p.510 and done the setup described?

Thanks for your reply. I checked the manual and found that Quicktime doesn’t play .wmv files so that’s my problem. My question now is if there is any way that I could convert my .wmv files into a format that Quicktime would understand?
