Hi guys,
I have been working in Cubase since SX3 and have recently changed to Mac Mini with 16GB ram and with both Cubase 6.5.4 and 7.0.4 installed.
C7 was too heavy to work with so went back to C6.5, but I keep experiencing the same problems:
During my session I keep getting these long loading times (the little rainbow pops up) totally unannounced (Its not Auto-save everytime).
The current project im in has a CPU load around 25% and contains about 32 tracks. This should be NOTHING for this machine to handle, but these loading times are driving me crazy. The further i get in the project the more it loads… I think maybe 15-20 secs ?!
It mostly happens when I try to move audio og MIDI blocks from A to B, but sometimes totally without a reason…
Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
I use 32-bit right now, but 64-bit in C7 was the same problem!
