On my OLD computer, I previously used the eLicensor control center to successfully register my Basic FX Suite.
I have a NEW computer, thus I’m trying to re-register/move this license to my new computer.
In the eLicensor control center when I enter the Basic FX Suite activation code, I get an error: License Download: “The activation code has been used already. An activation code can be used only once to download or upgrade a license. Please contact your software vendor to get a valid activation code.”
I went into my Steinberg profile and tried to resolve this error. I removed the prior hardware (UR22C), added it back, etc. but still receive this error when I try to register with the activation code.
Nothing works without this registration (Cubase 14 gives lots of DLL loading errors, etc). The eLicensor control center → “Maintenance” doesn’t solve it.
