Hello, i bought cubase 7 over 1 year ago from someone by ad on facebook, and after using it for over 1 year i want to upgrade it to cubase 9, but i can’t re-activate the license on my account because it has been activated by other account, and the man that i bought it from him doesnt remember the account details because hes no longer using cubase since he sold it 
is there any solution? sorry for the bad english and sorry if it has been asked before… thanks
The attached link has the “Resale-Wizard” which you should have ( and maybe still can) followed when you first purchased the software. Also, the link contains another link to where you can submit a support request.
