I’m moving to MAC and I’m wondering if I copy the RAMPresets file to the mac from my Pc will adjust my settings and add my groove Templates accordingly? Thank you.

Yes you can do so. You can even move the whole preferences folder (and just rename it). Or you can make a profile (from the Edit > Profile Manager) and import it to your Mac.
