I prefer Cubase over any other DAW I used for all my use cases but one. Whenever I have to edit MPE data, I have to open another DAW. And here I mean editing specifically. Recording of MPE data is very well handled with Note Expression Input Device configuration. However, pop up window for editing the recorded data, which is at the moment also the only way to edit it, offers very limited possibilities.
The biggest problem is the absence of a way to edit the recorded values precisely. This is particularly problematic with Tuning parameter. Sometimes a note may be off by 1/8 - 1/16 of a tone. The required adjustments up to 1 cent are currently impossible to make. This is relevant for other parameters as well, just not that noticeable.
Although a taste preference, another visual representation of the recorded MPE data could also be more easier to work with. For example, representation could be made similar to automation lanes or parameter lanes in the key editor.
