In the “Sample Editor” chapter, under the “Selecting an algorithm for the flattening” section, on p.488:
“If you introduced VariAudio pitch modifications, the MPEX presets will not be available and the algorithm preset “Standard – Solo” is used automatically.”
However, the algorithm is not called “Standard – Solo”, but “Realtime”, as you can see in the attached screenshot:
