MR816CSX and Cubase AI download

Hi,
I have the Steinberg MR816CSX and want to install Cubase AI onto my new laptop however I no longer have the install CD
and cannot find a download or activation code. I have registered my hardware and I have requested information days ago through MySteinberg but no reply yet.

Can I download Cubase AI or have I gone and done myself for not keeping the paperwork etc.?

Did you look at this page :

You don’t say what version of Ai or if you previously installed and activated it.

I’m guessing you’ll have to wait for Support to get back to you.
