MTC SLAVE mode, Song offset is not counted correctly

Scenario:

  • Willing to use VSTLive in MTC-SLAVE mode (real-live situation for 4th JAN)
  • Setting SONG/Triggers/MTCoffset to 14:29:00:00 (where the song should start reg. ext. TC)
  • Letting VL receive MTC and be SLAVE (14:29:00:00 and onward)
  • SONG playhead-position calculated incorrectly

For crosscheck: song with TCoffset of 00:00:00:00 , TC playhead is exactly as received from MTC.
Meanwhile Song with pre-set TCoffset won’t calculate the offset while locating playhead’s-position.

Is that explanation makes sense?

ps: workaround for now could be inserting about 26k bars at the beginning of the song, but that is what TCoffset for, am I right?

Solving this in a different way for now, but the issue is present, seems: song TCoffset is not calculated correctly when VL is MTC-SLAVE

mtc offset is for sending MTC only
