Is there any way to adjust the appearance of multi-bar rests? I prefer to have a less-bold appearance to the multi-bar rest. The default seems to be heavy and black and it fills the entire bar it is in. As a composer, I think they look pretty ugly; and as a musician, I find the big black lines visually distracting.

Go to Engrave Mode
Shift/Cmd/E
Scroll down to “Rests”
Scroll down to “Design” and play around.
