I am trying to use the Jamstik MIDI Guitar to create Guitar score and tab in Dorico. The Jamstik outputs each string on its own MIDI channel (1-6 in multi channel mode).
Is there a way to make Dorico listen to these midi channels and place the notes on the correct lines in guitar tab when recording from MIDI? As it stands now the only results I get seem to be auto generated. For example, if I play fret 7 on each string one at a time, the tablature will assume that the Low E String fret 7 is played is A string fret 2.
