It would be nice to have Lower zone as a multi task zone like in Ableton. The space is too much for one one function at a time. You can allow users to open sampler track and still see the Drum editor or Piano Roll or a bit of a Mixer simultaneously.
Also, it would be nice to have the channel setting open in the lower zone by default( via preference)
