I am nearing completion of a high school concert band piece in 7/8 time. It’s in an alternating 2-measure pattern (2+2+3|3+2+2) and every measure is beamed accordingly. The problem I just caught as I looked at a print page for one of the parts: there are no multi-measure rests; there is just a mass of one-measure rests. Any ideas??
