When I have multi rests in a part with Divisi staves, I only get the number for the multi rest in the middle of the system, which looks a bit strange to my eyes. I couldn’t find an option to show the number above evey staff. Did I miss anything (again)?
No, there’s no option to show the number over every staff: Dorico treats this situation similarly to how it would if it were a keyboard instrument, i.e. a single instrument with multiple staves, in which case you would see the number between the staves but not above as well.
