Is it possible to record an audio track (vocals) and a Midi track (music) at one time?

Yes, that’s possible if you use external MIDI hardware (or a CoreMIDI compatible app) as MIDI input:

  1. In the MIDI Setup, tap Ports & Channels and enable MIDI input
  2. Create an audio and a MIDI track
  3. Double tap the audio track and start recording
  4. Play on your external MIDI keyboard (or MIDI app) to record notes at the same time.
