Is there a builtin multiphonics tool or does one import the required .svg files?

Nothing built in. If this is for woodwinds, there are a variety of fingering fonts available, some free some not, that can be useful for that too. Just search for them.

Bravura contains already the basic symbols for holes in the Winds technique section, so one could build a new playing technique for each multiphonics. What I see missing are symbols for the small keys. Maybe they can be simulated with other symbols?
