Looks like UAD just opened the doors for us Cubase users in their latest software update:

Windows
-This software is compatible with 64-bit editions of Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 (including Windows 10 Anniversary Update and Windows 10 Fall Creators Update). For the latest OS compatibility information, see this KB article.
-Connect up to four Apollo Thunderbolt units (maximum one Apollo Twin) to Thunderbolt 3-equipped Windows 10 PCs (Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt adapter required).

PC could once again be in my future!
