Multiple levels of stacked harmonic analysis?

I’m working on a textbook where the author recommends a task he coins “Phrase Level Analysis” (in 2 levels) - he calls it something like a much simplified version of Schenkerian analysis, minus all the connecting lines etc. (the idea being that each line is a reduction of the one above it, so you capture the essence of the bigger picture structure). Here is what I am looking to achieve, 3 lines of stacked analysis (forgive the bad photos):

Sometimes the second level also includes function -

I’ve used MusAnalysis previously for pretty basic single-line RNA, but attempting multiple lines of analysis is a first for me. Is it possible inside of Dorico? I know that MusAnalysis typically uses the lyric function - and in theory since lyrics can take up multiple lines I figure it must be doable?

Yes, definitely. In fact, it’s designed to work exactly that way. You can have one line of figured bass, one line of RNA, one line of functional analysis… however you want to set it up.

Oh ok, very nice – I also just found this video of yours on YouTube where you walk through doing multiple lines and that’s very helpful. I don’t do a lot of complex analysis so I wasn’t even aware multiple lines were possible until now. Thank you Dan!
